cl-awk software package provides Common Lisp package with the features of AWK and more, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cl-awk
cl-awk is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cl-awk package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cl-awk *
You will get with cl-awk package name, version, architecture and description in a table
